Sitemap
This is the complete index of nepeanhoodcleaningpros.ca, with a line about what each page answers so a visitor can jump straight to the one that matters. The site is deliberately small: three services, one coverage page, three guides, and the company and legal pages. The machine-readable version sits at sitemap.xml, and a plain-text summary for AI assistants at llms.txt.
Services and coverage
The commercial pages. Start here if a kitchen needs a quote.
- Home. What hood cleaning is, which Nepean kitchen types get cleaned, what a visit produces, and the quote form.
- Services overview. Which of the three scopes a given kitchen needs, and a side-by-side of hood cleaning against a full exhaust clean.
- Hood cleaning. The canopy, baffle filters, grease troughs and plenum, plus the difference between a Type 1 and a Type 2 hood.
- Kitchen exhaust cleaning. Duct risers, horizontal runs, access panels and the rooftop fan, and why the duct is the part that carries fire.
- Commercial hood cleaning. Scheduled programmes, the documentation package, and how institutional and multi-site bookings run.
- Areas served. Nepean, Barrhaven, Bells Corners and Manotick, with response expectations and why coverage stops there.
Guides
The three questions operators ask before they ask for a price.
- NFPA 96 and the Ontario Fire Code. What the standard requires, who enforces it in Nepean, and why no cleaning company is NFPA certified.
- Hood cleaning cost. The three price levels, the six variables that move a quote, and what a cheap quote usually leaves out.
- Cleaning frequency. The four NFPA 96 inspection bands mapped to real kitchen types, and five signs an interval is wrong.
Company and legal
Who this is, how to reach them, and the terms the work runs under.
- About. How the service operates, and the specific list of things it does not do.
- Contact. The quote form, the phone number, and what happens after a request is sent.
- Privacy policy. What the form collects, where it goes, and how to have it deleted.
- Terms and conditions. Quotes, scope, access, documentation and payment.
Pricing is also published as a machine-readable file at pricing.md, for anyone comparing quotes or feeding an assistant.
Questions about this site
Why are there no neighbourhood pages?
Because they do not help anyone. A separate page for Centrepointe, City View or Craig Henry would repeat the same service description with a different place name, and four years of measurement across this fleet of sites shows those pages earn encyclopedia traffic and no enquiries. The coverage is stated once on the areas served page.
Why only three services?
Because those three are what actually gets performed. A website is read by insurers and licensing bodies as a statement of what a business does, so listing work that is rare, subcontracted or aspirational creates exposure and helps no customer. The about page lists what is out of scope.
What is llms.txt for?
It is a plain-text summary of the business, the services and the coverage area, placed at the site root for AI assistants that look for one. It is an inexpensive experiment rather than a proven ranking factor, and nothing on this site depends on it being read.
